REFUND/RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any purchases, under any circumstances. All sales are final.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure that all items are correct and meet your needs. *THIS INCLUDES COUPONS! If you have any questions or concerns about a product before purchasing, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 business day of receiving your order. Each order will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you purchased re-ship insurance, we will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or alternative solution, as appropriate once your claim has been approved.
PAYMENT DISPUTES/CHARGEBACKS
Chargeback Forfeiture: I understand and accept that I forfeit the right to initiate a chargeback with my card provider regardless of how I paid. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us could result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.
Final Sale: I acknowledge that all purchases are final, and no refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.
CREDIT CARD FEES
SJPEPTIDES partners with secure, globally recognized payment processing companies. Your payment may be routed through one of their international financial institutions and they may apply a transaction fee. This fee is determined and collected solely by your card issuer, not SJPeptides.

DELIVERY & PACKAGES
SJPEPTIDES is not responsible for delivery delays or lost/stolen packages once the order is marked shipped. Packages are picked up daily from the carrier (except on Weekends and Holidays). We ship in-stock orders same day or next day. Allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to update from when your order was shipped.
ORDERING
When ordering, please note we DO NOT provide ANY instructions for reconstitution or product usage. ANY emails or messages to SJPeptides regarding reconstitution or product use will NOT be responded to.
IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.
