We do not reship, refund or credit orders if you did not purchase Route Protection. USPS & FEDEX will cover up to $100 on lost or damaged packages.
You will need to contact USPS or FEDEX and file a claim if your package is lost or damaged.

We offer Mini & Value Packs at a discount. Pricing can be found under each product by selecting Mini Pack or Value Pack. Each Mini Pack contains 5 vials and Value Pack contains 10 vials.

If your package says delivered, please check around your property and neighbors. Sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong address. In almost every situation the post office is able to locate the package.
If your package cannot be located after you have contacted the carrier (USPS or FedEx) and they have done their search, you can file a claim with the carrier. Your package is ONLY insured for up to $100. **FEDEX GROUND ECONOMY IS NO LONGER INSURED. IF YOU WANT FEDEX GROUND ECONOMY TO BE COVERED, YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE ROUTE INSURNACE**
If you purchased Route Protection insurance for your order, refer to the ROUTE PROTECTION/FAQ and please email support@sjpep.net. Route Protection will cover Lost, Damaged, & Stolen packages. You get information on Route Protection in your order confirmation.
In order to file a claim for a lost, damaged or stolen package, you would have had to purchase additional shipping insurance; Route Insurance for your order.
Because Route Package Protection was purchased with your order, you are fully covered for eligible lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Route works directly with you and typically resolves claims quickly by either replacing the items or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

Orders start processing once payment is received and confirmed. Orders ship same day or next day for in stock items. Orders with Pre-Orders, Out of Stock or Mini/Value Packs will ship together within 14-21 business days (holidays and weekends not counted). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We ship via USPS & FedEx; transit times can vary!
Once your order leaves our facility, we cannot control the transit times. These transit times are only estimated!
